Hospital at Home

Improved remote monitoring with ProCVT will drive efficiencies for those receiving long term care at home, an alternative to traditional inpatient care providing co-ordinated, multi-disciplinary, and integrated care in the home for people who would otherwise be admitted to hospital. It has been found to be equally clinically effective (compared to traditional inpatient care), and patients and carers often prefer the comfort of HaH to acute care hospitals.

The ability to be able to care for patients at home, and reliably monitor their condition, is a key consideration both when releasing in-patients. and when requiring out-patients to visit the GP or hospital. The use of ProCVT in these situations can have a direct effect on occupancy levels and overall workloads for medical practitioners.
